When you contact us we will discuss the facts of your case briefly to determine what needs to be done to achieve your goals. We will then schedule an office appointment to meet with Mr. Kelly to review any documents such as legal papers, notices, correspondence or other writings relevant to the issues presented.

We ask that you bring with you any such papers to the initial consultation. At the initial meeting he will prepare the necessary papers for your signature to use in handling your case. He will also review with you the fee and costs which we request be paid in advance and placed in trust when necessary so that there will be no delays in your case as the costs are incurred.

If the matter must proceed to trial, he will advise you of the needed evidence to prosecute or defend your case and will prepare you for any court appearance. At all court appearances he will appear with you and speak for you unless you request otherwise. You will be advised of the predicted trial date and time and he will be available to personally answer any questions you may have related to your case. Upon the successful completion of your case, he will submit all documents necessary to finalize the matter.
